Bend FC's Adult Recreational League is designed for fun and fitness while playing on the
Bend FC Soccer Complex world class turf fields. 
Games are played 7 vs 7 with goalkeeper’s on Sunday evenings. 
Adult Coed Rec will be played four seasons a year; Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

WINTER REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
SPRING REGISTRATION WILL OPEN FEBRUARY 15

Winter league games will begin on January 15, 2023

Each team manager must submit a team roster no later than January 13, 2023.

COED RECREATIONAL SOCCER RULES (Short Version)

1. Games will be played on Sunday evenings at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm
2. Games will be played 7 on 7 with goalkeepers
3. Games will be played using 7x21 goals on 45x60 yard fields
4. Games will be coed, and each team must have a minimum of three women field players and three men field players
5. Goal keepers can be anyone player on the roster of either sex
6. Games are recreational, designed for fun, fitness, and entertainment
7. Games will consist of two 25-minute halves and a 5-minute halftime
8. Games will be played on the Bend FC Timbers Turf Fields
9. Referees will be provided as available. If interested in officiating, please contact Donnie at [email protected]
10.  Home teams must wear a dark colored shirt; Away teams must wear a white colored
11. FIFA laws of the game will be applied
12. Each team will play a minimum of 7 games and may or may not have a week off. Playoffs may be added at the end of season.
