SPORTS PERFORMANCE CLASS
Sports Performance is a strength and conditioning program with a primary focus on injury prevention, specifically non contact injuries. Secondary focus is to develop speed, strength and stamina necessary to play at a high level in all sports, including soccer.
Geared towards the High School Age Athlete, OC offers a few different options at a discounted rate for Bend FC Timbers players.
Full Team Training (10 player minimum): 6 months, 4x a week: $205 a player.
Individual Training: $109 a month
Consistent Attendence is required for measurable changes and to lay a strong foundation.
