At Bend FC Timbers & Thorns our mission is to provide an elite player development environment for children at every level of the game, that is safe, enjoyable and competitive in nature. 

Bend FC Timbers & Thorns is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that provides a fun and exceptional soccer program structured to meet every player’s individual ability, potential and interest. Our goal is simple; help players discover greatness that instills a passion for life.

We are the largest youth soccer organization in Central Oregon and are proud to be partners with the Portland Timbers and Thorns. Bend FC Timbers has been our official club name since 2013. Our soccer club has been in central Oregon since the late 90’s, thus providing a long-standing framework for players in our community.

Our affiliation with the Portland Timbers and Thorns puts us in elite company with 7 other Timbers Alliance clubs from around the Northwest. Our clubs not only share the Timbers brand, but Alliance members work together to help facilitate a better level of soccer for all members. Approximately 2000 soccer players wear the crest of BFCT. We are proud members of Oregon Youth Soccer Association (OYSA). Our competitive teams participate in OYSA leagues, while our recreational players compete in our very own fall and spring leagues.

We take great pride in finding a level of soccer for all players in Central Oregon. Bend FC Timbers and Thorns is overseen by our volunteer Board of Directors who manage our full-time staff members and licensed and professional coaches.

The Bend FC Timbers provides an unrivaled soccer experience for the players of Central Oregon, by encouraging development on and off the field, we recognize the priority of team sportsmanship and respect, while supporting responsible athletes and community members.
