Frequently Asked Questions
2021 Check-In Location: All teams must have a representative check-in 1 hour before their first game, with the field marshal at the location of their first game.
What To Bring:
- 6 Rosters must be presented - these rosters must have the following information:
- state association id #s
- jersey #s
- must be signed by your club registrar with contact information.
The Field marshal will retain 1 copy for tournament records, and the other 5 will be returned. For each game, the team must give the referee one of the copies.
Please note, you are welcome to use any roster as long as it has all the information listed above. Below are blank roster templates that can be used if you cannot produce a roster from your club.
*No player cards are necessary at check-in, but please be able to provide proof of age if there is any issue during the tournament.
Are there awards for winning teams?
Yes, bracket winners receive a cup and medals and runners-up receive medals. Please refer to the bracket description document found on our schedule page to see if your team is eligible. Once a championship game concludes please head to your field's headquarters for the awards ceremony.
Are there benches supplied at fields?
Yes, we do supply team benches, however, we do NOT supply team shelters
Does the BPC supply water at fields?
No, we do not supply drinking water at fields. Several locations do have drinking fountains but not every site. Be prepared for hot weather!
Are dogs allowed at fields?
Many of our sites in Bend are dog-friendly, provided your dog is on a leash, however, our school sites ( Ponderosa Elementary School) do NOT allow dogs.
What does parking looking like?
Ample parking is available at all tournament locations. All motor vehicles must park in designated parking spaces. Drivers are asked to adhere to all parking ordinances or your car could potentially be towed. Parking on grass at any site is prohibited.
