Player Cards:

All players and coaches on the roster must have a card presented at check-in. The birth dates on the cards must match the birth dates on the roster form (for players). We can accept player cards from any of the national governing bodies as long as they are not expired.

We expect every team to follow the policies and procedures established by their club and by whichever national association has issued their player cards. Please check with the appropriate leaders as to which player cards can be used in a tournament and if they allow your team to travel/play with players on the same team that has cards issued by more than one national association.

Medical Releases:

All rostered players must have a signed medical release to present at check-in.
