CASA MEN'S League Rules

CASA ADULT LEAGUE LEAGUE AGREEMENTS AND RULES

  1. All CASA games will be played using FIFA’s Laws of the game
  2. League games ending in Fes will remain Fes
  3. Teams will receive 3 points for a win, 1 point for a Fe, 0 points for a loss
  4. If multiple teams are Fed in points at the conclusion of the regular season, the following Fe breakers will be used in the following order:
  5. Head-to-head result
  6. Goal differential- the team with the higher goal differential (total goals scored minus total goals allowed) will have the higher ranking
  7. Coin flip
  8. All league participants and teams must adhere to the Bend FC Turf Complex rules (See attached).
  9. No adult, child, spouse, or other may be inside a team bench area without a player card or coaches’ card issued by US Club or Bend FC or USASA.
  10. Any spectator abusing a referee, player, or other spectator, may be banned from the Bend FC Complex indefinitely.
  11. By partipating in the CASA or Bend FC Adult League, entering the Bend FC Turf Complex, or spectating CASA or Bend FC events you agree to all Bend FC policies, rules, procedures, local laws, and governances.


Policy – 6.8- Disciplinary Committee (DC)

Any spectator, coach, manager, administrator, or adult player who is ejected or asked to leave the premises during a BEND FC TIMBERS or CASA event or match due to verbal abuse, physical abuse, or other, towards another PERSON will be suspended pending the following processes:

  1. If a player or coach receives a RED card or two YELLOW cards and is ejected from a match, that player or coach must miss the remainder of that match plus one more match.
  2. If a player or coach receives a RED card or two YELLOW cards and is ejected from a match for the second time during the REGULAR season (SPRING/SUMMER or SUMMER/FALL), that player or coach must miss the remainder of that match plus one more match (playoffs not included). In addition to the suspension, as a second offense, the suspended player or coach will have to meet with the CASA league Disciplinary Committee and may result in additional suspensions or sanctions.
  3. During a Bend FC or CASA game, if a spectator is asked to leave the premises or ejected from the facility, that spectator may not return until/unless they meet with the DC.
  4. Any act of violence, referee assault, or extreme unsporting behavior by a CASA player, coach, or spectator may result in permanent suspension, temporary suspension, or other disciplinary actions in addition to any criminal charges or league required disciplinary action. Any act of violence will result in a DC hearing.
  5. Bend FC reserves the right to eject, trespass, ban, or prohibit anyone from entering the Bend FC Complex who exhibits unwanted, bad, dangerous, or abusive behavior including intoxicaFon.


The CASA DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE will be composed:
One - Bend FC Club Administrator
One - Bend FC Board Member
One - CASA team captain (Must not be involved in the conflict), CASA League Manager – Joe Happ

One - Central Oregon Referee Association Referee (Must not be involved in the confict)

The committee will be chaired by the Bend FC Club General Manager or Bend FC Adult Coordinator.
