The High School Premier Academy is the final phase in the pyramid before a player moves on from their youth soccer journey. Competitive soccer during high school is for focused, highly motivated players who want to continue to pursue training and competition in addition to their high school's soccer season.

Players selected for these competitive teams will be asked for a high level of effort and commitment. Travel is required for away games and tournaments throughout the year, including the winter months. National travel to college showcases is available with many teams. The annual player fees vary by team.

Members of a High School Premier Academy team typically play for their respective high school's soccer program during the fall, so Club training is suspended during this period.

Because the U15 age ground typically includes a mix of eighth graders and high-school freshman, those players who don't participate on their respective high school's soccer team are offered an opportunity for fall training with Bend FC, for a minimal fee.

As a member of a Bend FC High School Premier Academy team, players will be expected to participate in: 

• OYSA League (or comparable) games. Travel is required, including during the winter months
• An OYSA Founders, Presidents, or State Cup tournament
• The Bend Premier Cup, hosted by Bend FC in July each year
• Summer tournaments assigned by the DOC (tournament registration costs included in player fees). 2024 Summer Tournament Schedule
• Two to three training sessions per week mid-May through early August and then again mid-November through April
• Goalkeeping training
• National showcases: on a team-by-team basis; costs not included in annual player fees

Additionally, our professional coaches will provide:

• Player evaluations
• Personalized college advising

The schedule for the 2024-2025 season for the High School Academy U15-U19 teams follows and is subject to change:

• Tryouts in May
• Train twice weekly May - early August, 2024
• Bend Premier Cup, hosted by Bend FC in July each year
• Summer tournaments, which vary by team (tournament registration fees and coach travel costs included in player fees)
• Break for High School season August - November, 2024
• Train twice weekly November 2024 - April 2025
• OYSA Winter League February - April 2025
• OYSA Cup Tournament April/May 2025
