Philosophy
All of Bend FC Adult Leagues have a mission to provide an environment at every level of the game that is safe, enjoyable, competitive in nature, and designed for fun, fitness, and entertainment. We expect and mandate that all participants in these adult leagues will conduct themselves in a manner that allows all players the opportunity to reach their full potential and most importantly, enjoy the game of soccer.

Behavior and Expectations

1. All players and spectators must exhibit positive sportsmanship.
2. Accountability extends to both players and spectators. The team should
   help them regain control if emotions lead to inappropriate behavior.
3. Supporting and accepting wins and losses is crucial, with positive feedback
   provided to players.
4. Interactions with opposing teams' captains and players should be positive.
   
5. Referees should not be openly or directly criticized, as they are vital for the
   existence of the league.
6. Games are meant to be recreational and enjoyable.
7. Obscene and abusive language is not tolerated on or off the field, regardless
   of its target.
8. Behaviors that threaten or assault any player, coach, referee, or staff
   members are strictly prohibited.
9. Maintaining clean fields by avoiding littering is essential.
10. Collective efforts should be made to create a positive environment for
    everyone to enjoy playing the beloved game of soccer
