Check-In Information

6 Rosters must be presented with the following information:

  • Full name (as on player card)
  • Birthdate
  • Jersey #s
  • One roster must be signed by your club registrar with contact information confirming all players are valid if physical player cards are not presented with the rosters

The Field marshal will retain 1 copy for tournament records and the other 5 will be returned. For each game, the team must give the referee one of the copies.

Please note, you are welcome to use any roster as long as it has all the information listed above. Below are blank roster templates that can be used if you cannot produce a roster from your club (coming soon!)

Do winning teams get awards?

Yes, champions will receive a team trophy and individual medals. Runners-up receive medals.  Please refer to the bracket description document found on our schedule page to see if your team is eligible. Once a championship game concludes please head to your field's headquarters for the awards ceremony.

Are benches supplies at the fields?

Yes, we do supply team benches, however, we do NOT supply team shelters. Shelters may be used on grass fields at Pine Nursery Park, and other grass venues. Shelters are not allowed on the artificial turf at the Bend FC Soccer Complex.

Is water available at the fields?

No, BPC does not supply drinking water at fields. Drinking fountains are in some areas, but not convenient to every field. Be prepared for hot weather!

Are dogs allowed at the fields?

Games played at venues with grass fields, such as Pine Nursery Park, are dog-friendly, provided your dog is on a leash. Dogs are not allowed inside the fencing at the Bend FC Timbers Soccer Complex (artificial turf).

Is there plenty of parking at the venue?

There is ample parking available at all tournament locations, though during game transitions, some areas may be very busy. All motor vehicles must park in designated parking spaces. Drivers are asked to adhere to all parking ordinances or your car could potentially be towed. Parking on grass at any site is prohibited.
