SECOND ROUND OF REGISTRATION FOR THE SPRING 2026 COSL SEASON WILL OPEN ON DECEMBER 1, 2025.

The first round of registration is now closed, and over the next few weeks I’ll be focusing on organizing teams based on the packages selected. Many packages filled enough to create full teams, while others will be combined to round out rosters. As always, I’ll do my best to honor as many coach and team requests as possible.

🔁 Second Round of Registration

The second round of registration will open December 1 – January 1.

These registrations will be used to fill any remaining team spots.

⚽ Volunteer Coaches Needed

We’re off to a great start with volunteer coaches, but many teams still need coaches.

To those who have already signed up to coach — thank you! There’s nothing else you need to do at this time while I’m creating teams.

Adding another Parent/Guardian to a Player Profile

If an additional Parent/Guardian would like to be associated with a player profile, the easiest way to do this is for the account owner who set up the player profile to add them as an additional family contact. Once they accept their invite and create their login credentials, they’ll be automatically linked to the player profile they were invited to.

Note: Additional family contacts do not have access to the other account owner’s billing information and vice versa—they only see the same player profiles.

Preference forms for practice locations, days, and times (head coaches)

Details about the coach training and equipment pickup (all coaches)

🆕 What’s New This Year?

COSL is introducing a new registration package system:

At the start of registration, you’ll see registration packages grouped by Bend-La Pine area schools or other Central Oregon geographical locations.

Each package will display the maximum number of roster spots available.

Packages will fill on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.

Once a package is full, it will only be available as a waitlist option.

⏳ Two Rounds of Registration

First Round: Packages are based on school/geographical location.

Second Round: Any underfilled packages may be combined to complete team formation.

If demand is high (e.g., multiple players request the same area/school in the "Any Team Available" option or waitlists grow), a second package may be opened.
