COSL REC STARS
Central Oregon Soccer League (COSL) is a recreational league hosted by Bend FC and sanctioned by Oregon Youth Soccer Association. Our RecStars program takes COSL a step further by offering more soccer and competition to players who stand out during the regular COSL league season.
RecStars is an invitational group for specific school grades each year. These players will be nominated by COSL coaches, referees, Bend FC staff, and COSL Administrators to be selected for all star group that will train together and may compete at the Bend Premier Cup, July 11-13, 2025.

Bend FC RecStars Program Overview
The Bend FC RecStars Program is a unique extension of the Central Oregon Soccer League (COSL), designed to introduce a higher level of play and training for selected recreational players. This program offers a bridge between traditional recreational soccer and the more advanced world of competitive travel soccer.
What is RecStars?
RecStars is a nomination-based program intended for players who have demonstrated strong skill, attitude, and commitment during the COSL season. Players must be nominated, formally invited, and accept the invitation in order to participate.
Once accepted, RecStars players will:
Train with Bend FC's paid coaching staff for four (4) exclusive training sessions.
Receive a 2025 RecStars T-shirt, identifying them as part of the program.
Be considered for participation in the Bend Premier Cup Tournament, one of the most prestigious events in the Pacific Northwest, taking place July 11–13, 2025.
⚠️ Please note: Not all players or age groups will participate in the Bend Premier Cup. Tournament participation will depend on RecStars registration numbers, team availability, and coach recommendations.
Why RecStars?
This program is heavily subsidized by Bend FC to ensure it remains accessible and affordable for families. It provides a meaningful next step for recreational players who may be interested in competitive soccer, without the full commitment of travel league participation.
Expectations & Conduct
Participation in the RecStars program is a privilege—not a right. By accepting an invitation to join RecStars, you and your player agree to the following:
Uphold all Bend FC Codes of Conduct
Follow Oregon Youth Soccer Association (OYSA) rules and policies
Adhere to all tournament rules and guidelines
Show respect to coaches, teammates, referees, and opponents at all times
Commit to attendance, effort, and a positive team attitude
